I paid out $215 this month that I would not have normally paid and each month before that approximately $100 at once that I would not have otherwise paid out. Actually some of that would have been used to purchase supplements for my youngest. Next payday which is very close I will be ordering a couple of supplements and putting some money up out of the paycheck. I'm cutting expenses. *I am still facing months when there are expenses that I didn't plan for because well life happens. There are things that we don't have any control over and it is important to plan more carefully now that it's just me to take care of everything.
I have three supplements to purchase that will be approximately $100. One is $45 to have it delivered, another is about $40 for delivery which is $85 and a third is low enough to order. The idea is to buy enough to last until the end of this month and then start over next month including pulling out money to set aside for the rental payment. Let's figure the moving costs. *Supplements for the kid aren't an issue anymore, now it's medication for me which is surprisingly a lot less expensive at this point.
Estimates at $200 per month for rent are as follows:
$400 (first and last months rent ideally)
$30 application fee for rental
$200 pet deposit
These comes to $630.00 all together.
The figure of $630 was low then, and it excessively low now. It is nearly impossible to rent for less than $375. That is likely a one bedroom. Figure rent at $400 for a two bedroom if you are lucky. This makes first and last month's rent $800 alone, already nearly $200 more than the figure from 2012.
Fuel cost to move my stuff or the costs to purchase collars for my animals are not included in these numbers. I'll be calling this week to find out when the local rabies shots clinic is for the animals in the area. I had a plan to figure it all out. Every time I figure it out something goes wrong. I'll be crunching numbers as I work this week to make it reality. *I no longer have my animals, so there aren't any expenses for them. Theresa would be happy if we got a pet but right now we can't afford one. Hopefully soon.
